Stir-fried Pork Liver

Cut the green and red peppers into hob pieces.

Slice ginger and garlic.
3.
Cut fresh pork liver into thin slices.

Add salt, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, oil, cooking wine in a small bowl, mix well and marinate for a few minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, pour the marinated pork liver and stir fry until cooked out of the pan and set aside.

Wash the pan and reheat the oil, add green and red peppers, garlic slices, and ginger, add salt and fry until cooked.
7.
Add the fried pork liver and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
1. The thinner the liver is cut, the better.
2. When frying pork liver, put a little more oil than usual, and it should be cooked on medium heat.
3. If you like the taste of steamed fish soy sauce, you can add some when marinating the liver.
