Stir-fried Pork Lung with Hot Peppers

Ingredients: hot pepper (washed), cooked pork lung

Put the cooked pork lungs and the cleaned hot peppers on the chopping board and cut them separately.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, add the cut peppers and stir fry.

Then, add the cooked pork lungs and stir fry.
5.
Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.
6.
Add the right amount of salt.
7.
Saute and stir well, serve.
