Stir-fried Pork Neck with Leek and Silver Buds

1. Ingredients: leek flowers, mung bean sprouts, pork neck meat

2. Choose the mung bean sprouts to remove the head and tail, as long as the middle section, soak for ten minutes, wash and drain the water

3. After washing the leek flowers, drain the water and cut them into sections. Do not use the part with the roots constantly folded.

4. Slice pork neck, add light soy sauce and oil, mix well and marinate for ten minutes

5. Add oil to the pan, fry the pork neck, shovel it out

6. Put the oil in the pan, and stir-fry the leeks for a while

7. Stir fry the silver buds until they are broken

8. Return the pork neck to the pot, add salt and sugar and stir-fry well out of the pot

Tips:

Silver buds are easier to ripen than chives, so when frying, put the chives first and then the silver buds.
