Stir-fried Pork Ribs with Sesame Spicy

After washing the ribs with all the ingredients, blanch in a pot under cold water

After boiling, skim the foam and remove the ribs to control water for later use.

Cut the shallots, chopped green onion, ginger, and garlic into slices, add some minced garlic ribs, add green onion, ginger, minced garlic, light soy sauce, cooking wine mix and marinate for half an hour

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the ribs and stir-fry until the ribs are brown-red and serve.

In a separate pot, add vegetable oil, stir-fry dried red pepper, ginger, garlic and stir-fry the chopped green onion to create a fragrance

Pour in the tomato sauce, stir fry until the red oil comes out, cook in the cooking wine, add salt, vinegar, and white sugar to taste

Add the ribs, stir-fry, stir-fry the ribs, wrap them in the broth, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and serve.
Tips:
1. Stir-fried pork ribs with sesame seeds seems very simple, but it is still a bit difficult to make
2. Don't worry about making this dish, and stir fry the ribs for a while, otherwise it won't taste good
3. It tastes really good when I made it for the first time
