1.
Wash 2 bamboo shoots and set aside (I only used 2 for this dish)
2.
Cut one green pepper into long strips and set aside
3.
Cut bamboo shoots into long strips, and cut carrots into long strips
4.
Cut the pork belly into strips, marinate with salt, soy sauce and chicken powder for 5 minutes
5.
Heat the pan, put the oil, add the shredded pork and stir fry until the color changes and serve
6.
Stir fry with carrot shreds
7.
Stir-fry bamboo shoots with water
8.
Season with salt. If there is no water starch, add a small amount of water to simmer.
9.
Add green pepper shreds and stir fry
10.
Add the shredded pork, stir fry and season it and serve.
Tips:
1. The carrot shreds are harder and harder to ripen, so you need to fry them first. The bamboo shoots are more crispy.
2. It is best to use starch with water.
3. The amount of condiments such as oil and salt provided is for reference only. I have not weighed it in my actual operation, and add it according to personal taste.
