Stir-fried Pork with Curry Onion

Prepared materials.

Wash and slice pork, add pepper, salt and starch and mix well.

Saute garlic diced in a pot, add onion and stir fry.

Add the chili and stir fry until the onion softens out.

Leave the bottom oil in the pan and fry the pork slices smoothly.

Sprinkle in curry powder.

Pour in onion and pepper and stir fry.
8.
Finally thicken.

Serve out of the pot.
