Stir-fried Pork with Dried Beans

1. Dried beans are soaked in warm water, garlic cloves, screw peppers, wind blown meat and knife.

2. The wind blows the meat from the pot and stirs out the oil.

3. Saute garlic cloves until fragrant.

4. Stir the dried beans well.

5. Pour in water, cover the pot and cook for a few minutes.
