Stir-fried Pork with Fungus and Green Pepper

Lean meat is sliced and marinated with a small amount of soy sauce and tender meat powder. Shred the fungus and green pepper, and chop the millet pepper into small pieces and mince the garlic (most of my garlic is to stir-fry green vegetables)

Heat oil, add garlic and chili until fragrant

Add the marinated meat slices and stir fry over low heat to prevent sticking, and fry until the color changes

Put the fungus in, stir-fry for about 30 seconds with a little water on high heat

Then pour in the green pepper and stir-fry evenly, add an appropriate amount of salt and a little MSG, stir-fry evenly, and the green pepper can be out of the pot when it is cooked
