Stir-fried Pork with Garlic

Tenderloin slices

Add cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, white pepper powder, water starch and marinate for 10 minutes

Stir-fry the Pixian Douban with cold oil in a hot pan, then pour in green onion and ginger and stir-fry for a fragrant flavor. Pour in the meat and fry until the color turns white.

Add black fungus and some hot water and stir well.
