Stir-fried Pork with Garlic Sprouts

1. A handful of garlic sprouts, cut into sections and rinse,

2. Add shredded pork with light soy sauce, cooking wine, oil, starch and mix well,

3. Add half of the egg white and mix well again and set aside to marinate,

4. Cut the green onion, ginger, and chili well and set aside,

5. Heat the oil in the pan, add the shredded pork,

6. Add the old soy to the color, hold it out for use,

7. In another pot, saute the chives and ginger,

8. Pour the garlic sprouts, add abalone sauce and stir fry,

9. Add salt, chicken essence to taste, sugar to make fresh,

10. Pour in red pepper and shredded pork, stir fry and serve evenly.
