Stir-fried Pork with Garlic Sprouts

Ingredients: garlic sprouts, pork spine, etc.

Shred through the spine.

Add cooking wine and light soy sauce, and mix well. Add starch, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut the washed garlic sprouts into sections.

When the oil is hot, add the shredded pork and stir-fry until the shredded pork turns white, add the dark soy sauce, and stir fry.

Tips:
The pork spine can be shredded easily when frozen.
