Stir-fried Pork with Garlic Sprouts

I used this kind of garlic sprouts, which seems to be different from the name of the southern classmates.

Wash and slice plum meat, add a little white pepper, jade flour starch and cooking oil, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Choose the garlic sprouts, wash them, dry them, and cut them into 4 cm sections.

Heat up the wok, pour in the right amount of cooking oil, add the marinated meat slices, stir fry until the meat slices are whitish and ready to serve.

Pour a little more cooking oil in the wok, heat up, add garlic sprouts and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes.

Then add the fried pork slices, light soy sauce, sugar and salt, and stir-fry evenly.

Pork belly or pork belly can be used. My family prefers the taste of plum meat
