Stir-fried Pork with Garlic Stalks
1.
Cut green onion.
2.
Lamb frozen hard and thinly sliced.
3.
Cut the garlic sprouts into 3 cm sections.
4.
Cut green pepper into sections.
5.
Stir the chives and garlic in the oil over high heat. (It is best to cut some minced ginger for meat dishes, I prepared ginger powder, so I will put it later to avoid mashing the pot)
6.
Add lamb slices and stir fry over high heat.
7.
Fry until the meat slices turn white.
8.
Add soy sauce.
9.
Add garlic sprouts and stir fry. Change the heat to low and add white pepper and salt.
10.
Add ginger powder. (It is better to add some minced ginger or ginger powder to the meat to taste)
11.
Add a little water, in order to promote garlic sprouts.
12.
Stir fry over medium heat until the soup is dry.
Tips:
Garlic sprouts are more difficult to taste, and they are slightly sweet, so the meat slices can be sautéed a little bit more salty, and eat it together.
