Stir-fried Pork with Green Pepper

1. Slice pork, add tender meat powder and raw egg, stir well and set aside.

2. Wash and shred the green pepper, soak the ginger and slice it for later use.

3. Heat the oil, add the pork slices and stir fry.

4. Add soaked ginger, red 99 twice-cooked pork seasoning, cooking wine and stir fry until fragrant.

5. Stir fry until the meat slices slightly change color and add green pepper shreds.
