Stir-fried Pork with Green Pepper

Cut the foreleg meat into thin slices and put it in a bowl, add a little soy sauce, add cornstarch and a little corn oil, and grab it with your hands.

Wash the green peppers, remove the seeds, cut into circles and set aside.

Finely chop garlic.

Pour oil into the pot, heat it up on high heat, add minced garlic and stir up the aroma.

Add the pork slices and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the meat slices slightly change color, add green peppers and stir-fry continuously.

Stir-fry until the green pepper changes color, add salt and chicken essence, stir-fry evenly and then turn off the heat.

Put it out of the pot and serve it to the table and enjoy.
