Stir-fried Pork with Green Peppers and Onions
1.
Prepare the ingredients, cut the green pepper and onion into pieces (not too big, not too big to be cooked)
Lean meat slices, garlic beaten flat and chopped
2.
Next, put the oil in the hot pan to fry the meat slices and change the color
3.
If the meat changes color, you can add the green pepper and onion cubes that were previously cut and stir fry for about two minutes
4.
Stir the green peppers and onions in the pan for about two minutes, pour in a tablespoon of soy sauce and continue to fry for about two minutes
5.
Then you can put the garlic that has been cut beforehand, and stir-fry until it has a garlic fragrance
6.
If the garlic smells out, see if the green peppers are well cooked. If they are not well cooked, continue to fry for a while (you can add salt chicken essence at this time)
Finally, turn off the heat or add a small amount of oyster sauce and stir evenly to get out of the pot
Tips:
Remember to put the oyster sauce and don’t fry it in the pan for too long, the taste will not be so fresh
