Stir-fried Pork with Leek

Thinly slice the pork and set aside.

Cut the leek into sections, smash the garlic, and dice the green and red peppers.

Boil water in a pot, brush with a layer of oil, and pour in the meat slices and stir. Shovel out the oil while stirring.

When the meat slices are slightly yellow, pour in a spoonful of Lao Gan Ma, a little cooking wine and light soy sauce.

Pour in the red pepper diced and stir up the spicy flavor.
