Stir-fried Pork with Leek

1. Thinly slice the pork and set aside.

2. Cut the leek into sections, smash the garlic, and dice the green and red peppers.

3. Boil water in a pot, brush with a layer of oil, and pour in the meat slices and stir. Shovel out the oil while stirring.

4. When the meat slices are slightly yellow, pour in a spoonful of Lao Gan Ma, a little cooking wine and light soy sauce.

5. Pour in the red pepper diced and stir up the spicy flavor.

6. Pour in the leeks, season with oyster sauce and salt, and fry until the leeks are broken.
