Leeks in this season are particularly fragrant. The fungus is nutritious and can remove the trash from the human body. It is a delicious and healthy quick dish with some lean pork shreds.

Stir-fried Pork with Leek and Fungus

1. Main ingredients: Soaked black fungus, leeks, pork

2. Cut pork into thin slices, separate fat and lean

3. Put the lean meat in a bowl, add cooking wine, a little salt, oyster sauce, pepper starch (if too dry, you can add some water)
After adding the seasoning, grab well and marinate for a few minutes

4. Shred the fungus, slice the leek, cut the blood onion and minced ginger for later use

5. Put the bottom oil in the pan, add the fat shredded pork and stir fry

6. Stir-fry until the fat is spitting oil, add the marinated lean meat and stir-fry.

7. Stir-fry until the color has just changed, add the chopped green onion and ginger and stir-fry

8. Stir-fry the green onion and ginger to get the fragrance, add the shredded fungus and stir-fry

9. Add salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir fry evenly

10. Add the chopped leeks and stir fry quickly

11. Stir-fry until the leeks are slightly broken, then turn off the heat and serve.

12. Serve!

Tips:

After adding the leeks, be sure to stir-fry them on high heat. The leeks are just cut off.
