Stir-fried Pork with Lentils

The shredded pork is marinated in soy sauce, cornstarch, less salt, and cooking wine for later use. Cut the green onion, ginger, and dried chili for later use.

Tips:
For the green beans, cowpeas, and lentils, the color will be much better if you pass water or oil before stir-frying. The color after oil will be greener. It is more convenient and cost-effective to operate at home or use oil as much as possible. 2.
