Stir-fried Pork with Lentils

Quasi hundred raw materials;

Put the cut meat slices into cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper powder, starch, and cooking oil, and marinate for 10 minutes;

Put the cooking oil in the wok and heat it to 50%, pour the meat slices, quickly spread them with chopsticks, and stir-fry until the meat slices change color and weigh out for later use;

Tips:
When blanching lentils, put salt in the water, and the blanched lentils will be green.
