Stir-fried Pork with Lettuce

Peel and wash lettuce.

Cut the lettuce into slices, add a teaspoon of salt to marinate for three minutes, then wash and set aside.

Cut the pork into slices.

Mince the onion and garlic, and mince the red pepper.

Pour oil in the pan, add the meat slices and stir fry first.

Add the chopped green onions, minced garlic and ginger juice and stir fry.

Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, pepper and some water and stir well.

Add lettuce slices and stir fry.

Add the dried red peppers. (You can add green onions and garlic together when you put onion and garlic, because the baby is not very spicy, so I put it in late)
10.
Finally, add salt and chicken essence to taste.
