Tips:

3. Lettuce and meat have different processing times, so they are processed separately, and both are easy to achieve the best taste.
4. The steps of adding cooking wine to this dish, I prefer the taste of adding white wine to stir-fry.
5. Add soy sauce when marinating the meat, which not only tastes good, but also plays a role in toning, otherwise the meat will not look good when it is fried.
