Stir-fried Pork with Mushrooms

Wash the mushrooms

Wash the pork belly
3.
Tricholoma cut into slices

Boil the mushrooms in the boiling pot and remove the water to drain

Cut the pork belly into slices, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce and stir well, then add starch, stir evenly and marinate for 10 minutes

From the frying pan, stir the scallion and ginger into the pan
7.
Stir-fry the marinated pork belly
8.
Stir-fry until the meat changes color, stir-fry the mushrooms
9.
Stir fry with salt
10.
Stir-fry evenly and serve.
Tips:
The pork belly is more tender and tastes better after being marinated.
