Stir-fried Pork with Pleurotus and Green Pepper

Shred the onion.

Cut the green pepper into thin strips as thick as a little finger.

Cut pleurotus eryngii into thin slices.

Slice the lean meat, use a little cornstarch and light soy sauce, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, add onions and saute until fragrant.

Pour in the meat slices and fry until broken.

Pour in the eryngii mushrooms and stir fry.
