Stir-fried Pork with Red Amaranth

1 bunch of red amaranth, pick and wash.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, boil the water to blanch the red amaranth, remove the cold water, grab the water and set aside.

Cut the blanched red amaranth and set aside.

Roast pork slices, red sausage cut into pieces.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, saute the five-spice powder and chopped green onion, add pork and sausage, stir fry a little red pepper, and fry until the pork is oily.

Add blanched red amaranth and stir fry.

Add salt, sugar, and light soy sauce to taste. If you like, you can thicken it.
