Stir-fried Pork with Rice White

300g rice white, tail, peeled and shredded

5g shredded ginger

5g garlic slices

80g lean pork, shredded

Put the pork into the bowl and pour 3g cooking wine and 3g starch, stir well, and marinate for 15 minutes
