Stir-fried Pork with Shiitake and Okra

Cut the pork and separate the skin and meat. Put salt, sugar and cornstarch on the meat.

Mix well and marinate for a while.

Dried okra and shiitake mushrooms are cooked in water.

Drain the okra and shiitake mushrooms.

Cut the shiitake mushrooms into pieces and put the lean meat together.

Heat the pan, add a small amount of oil, add pork skin, and saute the oil.

Stir until the pig skin is golden brown, add ginger and garlic.

Add the lean meat and stir fry.

It's a bit dry, but it's not cooked.

Put two or three drops of white wine, close the lid immediately, and reduce the heat.
