Stir-fried Pork with Sour Cabbage and Mushrooms
1.
Add light soy sauce, salt, and cooking wine to the mashed meat, mix well and marinate for a while.
2.
Soak dried small mushrooms in warm water, drain and shred. Drain the sour cabbage and cut into shreds or sections.
3.
Heat oil in a pan, add sugar, dried chili powder, and mashed meat to fry until fragrant. Add shredded shiitake mushrooms and stir fry. Finally add the sauerkraut. (If you don’t like spicy food, you can skip dry chili powder. I have already added chili powder in the cabbage when I made it, but I still don’t think it is spicy enough)
4.
Stir fry for a while, add light soy sauce, pour in sesame oil and mix well before serving.
Tips:
Because there is already salt in the sour cabbage when marinating, and salt and light soy sauce are also added when the meat is marinated, there is no need to put salt in the whole process.
