Stir-fried Pork with String Beans and Double Peppers

Pinch the kidney beans into sections by hand, blanch the water too cold, cut the green pepper with an oblique knife, mince the garlic cloves, slice the pork, and separate the fat and thin pieces.

Put cooking oil in a hot pot, stir the fat out of the oil, add minced garlic and stir fragrant.

Add the lean pork slices and fry until the color changes.

Add green peppers, salt, and green beans, stir and stir well.

Pour in water, turn on high heat, open twice, season with shiitake mushroom soy sauce, stir and stir well.
6.
Platter.
Tips:
The kidney beans have been blanched and will turn yellow after a long time of cooking.
