Stir-fried Pork with Tofu and Mushroom

Prepare the dried tofu, soak the mushrooms in water, pick and wash them, add salt, rice wine, and cornstarch to the pork slices and marinate for 1 hour

Prepare water starch, chopped green onion and spicy sauce

Pour the oil in a hot pan and stir in the pork slices until all the color is changed.
