Stir-fried Pork with Tofu in Oil

Prepare oily tofu, it’s best to use dry tofu, not the oily tofu that has bubbles.

Pork slices, marinate with 1 tablespoon of salt for 20 minutes

Pour a small amount of Yishutang hemp oil and moisten the pot

Pour the pork into the pot, add soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir fry until half cooked

After the pork is half-cooked, turn to medium heat, pour in oily tofu, add oyster sauce, and stir-fry until cooked through, then add half a spoon of salt to get out of the pan
Tips:
Compared with other soy products, oily tofu is not easy to digest, and people with frequent indigestion and weak gastrointestinal function should be cautious.
