Stir-fried Pork with Tomatoes and Potatoes

Prepare two potatoes and one tomato.

Ginger onion.

Shredded pork bought at the vegetable shop.

Shred potatoes and soak in water.

Mince ginger, cut green onions into small pieces, and cut tomatoes into small pieces.

Raise the pot and burn the oil.

Add ginger and sauté.

Tips:
I like to cut the potatoes into thicker shreds. I like to fry the potatoes more cooked and noodles. Thicker and more delicious, too thin shreds are easy to fry.
