Stir-fried Potato Shreds

Peel and slice potatoes

Sliced potato shreds, then cut into thin shreds

Cut into silk and put it in a basin, wash twice with clean water and soak in water

Drain the potato shreds and set aside

Sauté garlic and dried chilies in hot oil in a pan

Pour shredded potatoes into the pot and stir fry

Tips:
The potato shreds should be finely chopped and washed twice more. The dish fried in water will be more crispy, and the white vinegar will be more beautiful in the final color.
