Stir-fried Potato Shreds

Peel the potatoes and wash them.

Cut into silk, and cut finely, not too thick.
3.
Soak the potato shreds in clean water and set aside.

Cut the garlic into small pieces, remember not to crush it too much.

Cut dried chili into small pieces, not too long.
6.
Drain the potato shreds soaked in water and set aside.

Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot, heat up and add the chili.

When the pepper starts to change color, add garlic diced and stir fry.
9.
After smelling the aroma, add potato shreds and stir fry.
10.
When the potato shreds change color, add soy sauce and stir-fry until the potato shreds are cooked. Add some salt as appropriate.
11.
Lift the pot and put it on the plate.
Tips:
Be careful not to fry the peppers.
