Stir-fried Potato Shreds with Bell Pepper

Use only potatoes and bell peppers, cut into slices.

Heat the wok and put the oil, heat the oil with the chopped green onion, add the potatoes and bell pepper to the scallion, fry until the potatoes soften, add soy sauce and salt, and fry until the potatoes change color.

Stir-fry and serve.
