Stir-fried Potato Shreds with Red Pepper Shreds

Peel the potatoes, cut into thin strips, rinse off the starch with water, and drain.
Wash and shred red pepper.

Heat oil in a pot, add ginger and minced garlic until fragrant.

Put down the potato shreds and stir fry
4.
When the potato shreds are a little stiff, put down the red pepper shreds, add some water, and stir-fry well
5.
Add salt, pepper, and chicken essence to taste.
Tips:
The potato shreds are delicious only if they are thoroughly fried.
