Stir-fried Potatoes with Chicken Gizzards

Ingredients: potatoes (cleaned and peeled and sliced), cooked chicken gizzards, chives

Put the cooked chicken gizzards on the cutting board and cut into slices, set aside.

Boil the cut potatoes in a pot of clean water until cooked and remove.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the blanched potatoes and the cooked chicken gizzards, and stir fry.

Then, add the right amount of light soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.

Season and stir well.

Then, put the chives and serve.
