Stir-fried Potatoes with Crispy Pork

1. Cut potatoes, green and red peppers, and minced garlic.

2. Cut the pork belly into thick slices.

3. Add all the meat mix.

4. Mix well.

5. Heat the oil to eight layers and fry it in the pot.

6. Deep-fried until golden and picked up.
