Stir-fried Prawns
1.
Prepare 3g each of ginger slices and garlic slices

Pour 3ml of edible oil, add ginger and garlic slices, and sauté on high heat
3.
Add 200g prawns, stir fry until golden on both sides
4.
Add 2g cooking wine, 3g Pixian bean paste, 3g oyster sauce, 2g light soy sauce, 1g salt
5.
Stir-fry evenly over high heat, out of the pan
