Stir-fried Prawns

The prawns use a toothpick to pick out the sausage, mince the green onion, ginger and garlic, prepare a small bowl and add cooking wine, sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce, and a little water to make a juice for later use. Boil water in a pot, add green onion, sliced ginger, cooking wine, boil for 5 minutes, remove and drain.

Heat the pan and pour the oil, add the scallion, ginger, garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the blanched prawns and stir-fry until slightly dry. Pour in the adjusted soup, stir-fry on low heat until the shrimps absorb the soup .
