I basically don't eat shrimp, so I don't know how it tastes, but my wife and son love it very much.

Stir-fried Prawns

1. The prawns use a toothpick to pick out the sausage, mince the green onion, ginger and garlic, prepare a small bowl and add cooking wine, sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce, and a little water to make a juice for later use. Boil water in a pot, add green onion, sliced ginger, cooking wine, boil for 5 minutes, remove and drain.
