Stir-fried Rabbit Meat with Double Peppers

1. Ingredients; rabbit leg

2. Seasoning; vegetable oil, ginger slices, green onion, salt, a little soy sauce (for color mixing), cooking wine, water starch.

3. Accessories; one each for green and red pepper

4. Wash rabbit thighs and remove bones

5. Diced

6. Use salt, cooking wine, and a little soy sauce to grab evenly (add a little water to grab together) and add a little oil and water starch and mix well

7. Put it in the boiling water pot and slide it out and remove it for later use

8. Saute the scallions and ginger in a hot oil pan

9. Add green and red pepper pieces and stir fry

10. Add the cooked rabbit meat and stir fry

11. Seasoning out of the pot

12. Finished dishes
