Stir-fried Radish with Tripe

Ingredients: cooked tripe, radish (washed and peeled and sliced), garlic

Put the cooked tripe on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the radish and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water.

Bring to a boil and cook until the radishes are cut and tender.

Then, combine the cut cooked tripe and garlic and stir fry.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of sugar.

Add the right amount of soy sauce.
10.
Stir-fry well and serve.
