Stir-fried Rice Cake with Cheese

After the water in the pot is boiled, add the rice cakes. Boil and serve until softened.

Dice the cheese slices.

Mince garlic.

Add a little oil to the pot. After the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add the diced cheese and fry until melted.

Stir fry with hot sauce.

Add rice cakes and a little water to boil.

Season with soy sauce and salt, cook until the soup is thick and turn off the heat.

Finished product. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Tips:
The rice cakes are boiled in hot water for a while, and they taste better. Korean chili sauce tastes sweet and slightly spicy. I added soy sauce and salt to taste, which is more suitable for our northerners' taste. After frying the rice cakes, eat them while they are hot, they will harden when they are cold.
