Stir-fried Rice Cake with Porcini Mushroom and Duck Egg

Ingredients: rice cake (cut open), porcini mushrooms (soaked), duck eggs

Wash the soaked porcini mushrooms, remove the water and squeeze it out for later use.

Beat the duck eggs into egg liquid for later use.

Boil the cut rice cakes in boiling water and remove them.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the egg mixture and stir fry into pieces.
