I watched a TV show and I was cooking this dish. I wanted to eat it when I saw it. I just had the ingredients at home, so I tried to make it and it tasted good.

Stir-fried Rice Cake with Swimming Crab

1. One swimming crab

2. Cut into small pieces to remove the uneatable part

3. Sliced rice cake

4. Processing ginger garlic

5. Cut the scallions into long pieces and smash the white parts

6. Bring the rice cakes to a boil with water in a pot and cook them, and set aside in cold water

7. Stir fragrant ginger, garlic and green onion in a hot pan with cold oil

8. Add swimming crabs, stir fry, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, chicken powder, sugar in turn

9. Add water and add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oil-consuming water and drain
