Stir-fried Rice Noodles with Black Fungus and Plum Beans

Ingredients: rice noodles, plum beans (picked and washed), black fungus (soaked and washed).

Boil the plum beans and black fungus in a pot of clear water until cooked.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the blanched plum peas, black fungus and rice noodles and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of MSG.

Stir-fry well and serve.
