Stir-fried Rice Noodles with Green Pepper Shrimp Balls and Mung Bean Sprout Balls

Ingredients: rice noodles, mung bean sprouts (washed), green peppers (stemmed, seeds removed, washed and cut open), shrimp balls

Put the rice noodles in a large basin, pour in warm water and soak until soft.

Put the shrimp ball on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Pour the oil in a saucepan to heat, add mung bean sprouts and green pepper, stir fry until broken.

Then, combine the soaked rice noodles and the sliced shrimp balls and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.
7.
Add the right amount of soy sauce.
8.
Stir-fry well and serve.
