Stir-fried Rice Noodles with Intestines and Vegetables

Soak the rice noodles for about 5 minutes

Scoop it up to dry

Pick up the greens and wash them

Dry the water and set aside

Dice the ham and set aside

Boil water in a small pot over high heat

Tips:
1. The rice noodles used here are not vermicelli, the rice noodles will have a better taste when used for stir-frying.
2. The time for soaking rice noodles should not be too long, just 5 minutes.
3. Before frying, make sure that the rice noodles are dried without excessive moisture on the surface.
4. Since the whole process needs to be done in one go, it is best for the unskilled to prepare the ingredients.
