I was hungry at night. Due to the limited ingredients, I picked the two easiest ingredients and fried rice noodles. Basically, this dish is relatively simple, and the ingredients can be randomly matched according to the existing ones in the refrigerator. (PS: The soaking time of rice noodles here is a bit long, causing the rice noodles to absorb too much water and not scattered)

Stir-fried Rice Noodles with Intestines and Vegetables

1. Soak the rice noodles for about 5 minutes

2. Scoop it up to dry

3. Pick up the greens and wash them

4. Dry the water and set aside

5. Dice the ham and set aside

6. Boil water in a small pot over high heat

7. Add salt and oil to the water

8. Add green vegetables and blanch for about 1 minute

9. It can be picked up until it changes color, without blanching

10. Drain the water and set aside

11. Add oil to the hot pot

12. Add the sliced ham and stir fry until fragrant

13. Add rice noodles

14. Sprinkle with salt and soy sauce

15. Add the greens and stir fry and let the seasoning spread evenly

Tips:

1. The rice noodles used here are not vermicelli, the rice noodles will have a better taste when used for stir-frying.
2. The time for soaking rice noodles should not be too long, just 5 minutes.
3. Before frying, make sure that the rice noodles are dried without excessive moisture on the surface.
4. Since the whole process needs to be done in one go, it is best for the unskilled to prepare the ingredients.
