Stir-fried Rice White with Edamame Seeds

The shelled wild water chestnuts bought back.

Peel off the shell and handle it cleanly.

Boil water in a pot, I used 2 of them.

After boiling, remove and rinse with cold water, then cut into thin filaments.

Put the rice white silk in the frying pan and stir fry.
6.
Put the edamame seed extract into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of water, and heat it in the microwave for 1 minute.
7.
Pour the edamame seeds and stir-fry evenly.
8.
Add some salt to taste.
9.
Add some chicken noodles and chopped green onion before serving.
10.
It can be out of the pot and plated.
Tips:
The oxalic acid content of water bamboo is relatively high, so it is best to blanch water before stir-frying. Do not eat water bamboo with tofu.
