Stir-fried Rice White with Green Pepper Fish Tofu

Ingredients: rice white, fish tofu, green pepper (stems removed, seeds removed, cleaned and cut open)

Unpack the fish tofu, put it on the chopping board and cut into slices for later use.

Peel the zizania officinalis and clean it.

Cut into slices on the chopping board.
